In recent years,M construction formwork company has developed rapidly,expanding its business scale and increasing personnel needs.The low completion degree of recruitment in front-line departments makes front-line staff in short supply,and many projects are difficult to be delivered on schedule,which is not conducive to the survival and development of enterprises.In this context,this paper studies the recruitment of frontline employees of M company,understands the current recruitment situation of front-line employees,explores the recruitment problems of front-line employees and proposes professional solutions.Guided by Maslow’s demand theory and PDCA cycle theory,this paper uses descriptive analysis of objective data,questionnaire survey and other research methods to discuss issues related to front-line employee recruitment in M company.Starting from the current situation of front-line staff recruitment of M construction formwork Company,this paper explores the main problems existing in staff recruitment of the company,analyzes the causes and puts forward targeted professional solutions.Firstly,the current situation of M company’s human resource management as well as the recruitment plan,process and channels of front-line employees are understood.Then,through a questionnaire survey,the problems existing in M company’s front-line employees are explored,and it is found that M company currently has problems such as blindness in recruitment,excessive turnover of new employees,long on-board cycle of new employees and low on-board conversion rate.The main reasons include lack of sound demand planning,no clear recruitment standards,relatively simple recruitment channels,recruitment team to be optimized,lack of recruitment evaluation mechanism,etc.On the basis of problem discussion and reason analysis,the optimization strategy suitable for the front-line staff recruitment of M construction template company is put forward.In the follow-up work,M company can improve the demand planning by clarifying the recruitment needs and making recruitment plans.Improve the recruitment process by widely releasing information,optimizing talent selection,and improving the recruitment process;Expand recruitment channels by developing new media recruitment channels,improving traditional recruitment channels,optimizing and integrating recruitment channels;To eliminate the inconvenience of working in different places by improving the working environment in different places,reforming the salary system and implementing the recruitment in different places.Optimize the recruitment team by improving the quality of recruiters,improving the efficiency of interviews,and strengthening division of labor and cooperation among departments;To evaluate the effect of recruitment by formulating the evaluation index system and writing the evaluation report.The research of this paper originates from the practical problems existing in the recruitment of front-line employees of M Construction template Company,and puts forward feasible strategies for the company to solve the recruitment problems of frontline employees.It also has certain reference significance for similar enterprises to solve the recruitment problems of front-line employees.
