| Human resources are the foundation to achieve the strategic goal of enterprise development,and the acquisition of human resources generally comes from recruitment.As one of the six modules of human resource management,recruitment is the first link of human resource management.Scientific,standardized and efficient recruitment system can absorb excellent talents for enterprises,inject new impetus for enterprises,and constantly improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.The complete recruitment system includes recruitment system construction,human resources planning,recruitment organization process,recruitment selection method,recruitment channel maintenance,recruitment risk control,recruitment effect evaluation and other contents.In order to ensure a good recruitment effect,it is the key and difficult task to construct a scientific recruitment system.Based on the original recruitment system of S company,this paper attempts to make use of theories and models related to human resource management to improve and innovate the contents of human resource planning,recruitment channels,selection methods,etc.,and constantly explore practical points of online recruitment to improve recruitment quality and efficiency.This paper firstly starts from the importance of recruitment in human resource management,analyzes the optimization significance of S company’s maintenance personnel recruitment system,and summarizes the relevant concepts and theories of staff recruitment at home and abroad,so as to determine the research direction of optimization of S company’s maintenance personnel recruitment system.Secondly,the current situation of the recruitment system of maintenance personnel of S company is analyzed,and the existing problems and reasons of the recruitment system of S company are clarified based on the investigation results,Thirdly,under the guidance of human resource planning theory,man-post matching theory,competency theory and psychological contract theory,the optimization scheme of S company’s maintenance personnel recruitment system is designed.Finally,it puts forward the optimization safeguard measures from the three aspects of organization,system and culture to ensure the optimization effect.The content of the optimization of the recruitment system of maintenance personnel of S company is mainly reflected in:First,the optimization of the planning of maintenance personnel,giving full play to the system guidance,strengthening the overall allocation of posts,improving the accuracy and rationality of the recruitment work,and effectively improving the role of the strategic development of the recruitment service company.Secondly,it should optimize and innovate the recruitment organization process,properly deal with the problems that may be encountered in the process of resume screening,pen interview presence control,physical examination organization,etc.,and improve the efficiency and quality of online recruitment by building a psychological contract with applicants in the whole recruitment process.Thirdly,to optimize the selection method,the recruitment should be organized according to the competency of maintenance posts,and the judgment accuracy and validity of online recruitment should be improved through the job stability evaluation model and the appearance and image tool table.Fourth,to optimize the construction of recruitment channels,constantly expand new channels,establish a solid joint training mode,maintain the original recruitment channnels,and improve the ability to obtain students.Fifth,the optimization of recruitment risk management,through the online written test risk prevention and control,background investigation risk,effectively avoid the recruitment risk.Finally,the optimization of the recruitment effect evaluation,through the full use of recruitment data,continue to strengthen the evaluation survey of candidates and increase the anonymous survey of the employing department,to achieve the continuous optimization of the recruitment system.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the recruitment system optimization,S company must provide necessary institutional,organizational and cultural guarantees.Through the research on the optimization of the recruitment system of maintenance personnel in S company,this paper effectively improves the recruitment quality and efficiency of such employees in S company,which plays an important role in promoting the scientific and systematic human resource management system of S company.At the same time,it also provides reference for the human resource management of other similar enterprises. |
