Employees are the core competitiveness of enterprise development,so the research and application of personnel recruitment is an important link in enterprise development.Combined with the background that the output value of China’s construction industry has been rising over the years and the growth rate of employees has decreased significantly,this paper will take a small and medium-sized construction enterprise with a history of 26 years as the research object to conduct an applied research on the subject of personnel recruitment.Firstly,this paper finds out the reasons for the recruitment problems of the company from the actual situation of "two high and one low" with high salary level,high age of employees and low overall education level presented by the case company: no human resource planning,no echelon talent training plan,personnel selection and employment emphasizing experience,ignoring "double quotient",no promotion mechanism and no performance appraisal mechanism,which is not attractive to talents.Secondly,by combing the recruitment process,we found the existing problems: insufficient recruitment planning;Recruitment channels are too single;Lack of scientific interview and evaluation system.Finally,it summarizes and analyzes the recruitment data in recent two months,and once again verifies the conclusion that the existing recruitment process and company system can not meet the company’s recruitment needs.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the relevant literature and theories at home and abroad.Aiming at the recruitment problem of the case company,this paper puts forward operable solutions from the perspectives of process reconstruction and improving the company system.In terms of process reengineering,it puts forward the viewpoint of prior planning and scientific selection to ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of recruitment;In terms of system improvement,the salary system,promotion system,project manager contracting system and corporate culture construction that candidates are most concerned about are improved.Recruitment is not only about recruiting,but also about retaining,employing and educating people.Therefore,a perfect system is also the focus that enterprises and job seekers should pay common attention to.
