Human resource is the foundation of realizing the strategic goal of enterprise development,and talent is the cornerstone of realizing human resource management.Recruitment and allocation,as one of the six modules of human resource management,is the primary link of human resource management.A scientific,standardized and efficient recruitment system can attract excellent talents for enterprises,inject new impetus and vitality into enterprises,and constantly improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.The complete recruitment process including post demand analysis,recruitment plan approval,release recruitment information,CV screening,the written interview,background investigation,physical examination,recruitment effect evaluation summary and other basic processes.Although the enterprise human resources department is familiar with the recruitment process,the implementation effect of each link is different.If the details are not strictly controlled or there are errors,then may affect the recruitment results,so that the enterprise and the really excellent talents miss each other.In the actual recruitment process of enterprises,more or less there will be some problems,so it has become the focus and difficult task of the recruitment work to build a scientific recruitment system,choose efficient recruitment channels and establish a professional recruitment team.This thesis attempts to use the relevant theories and models of human resource management,on the basis of the original recruitment system of the enterprise,to improve the recruitment process,recruitment channels and recruitment strategies,and improve the recruitment quality and efficiency through the optimization and improvement of the recruitment scheme.This thesis takes H company as an example,focusing on the current recruitment process and system,under the guidance of information asymmetry theory,PDCA cycle theory,personnel post matching theory and human resource recruitment related theory,first analyzes the basic situation and organizational structure of H company,and then analyzes the existing staff and recruitment characteristics of H company.Find out the causes of the problems,by combing the existing problems in the recruitment process of H company,investigating and interviewing the company's employees,collecting information and put forward solutions and measures one by one,finally put forward a set of recruitment strategy and recruitment process that can really be applied to company H.Through the optimization design of the recruitment system,it clarifies the responsibilities and tasks of the human resources department and the employing department in the recruitment work,and constantly provides theoretical and practical guidance for the efficient development of the recruitment work.At the same time,it promotes and standardizes the human resource management of H company,solves the recruitment dilemma faced by H company at present,and provides theoretical basis for realizing the strategic goal of the strategic goal of "Domestic Leading,Provincial First-class" modern hydro-power enterprises of H company.Based on the above research,this thesis draws the following conclusions: First,based on the statistical analysis of the recruitment and turnover data of H company in the past three years,it concludes that H company has the characteristics of wide recruitment,high requirements for recruitment positions,difficulties in recruitment of first-line technical posts,high turnover rate of first-line technical posts and long recruitment cycle etc.Second,based on the questionnaire survey of the new recruitment of H company,middle and senior managers and interview team,it is concluded that the main problems in recruitment of H company are: Imperfect recruitment process,narrow recruitment channels,low recruitment efficiency,and lack of post-recruitment evaluation etc.The main reasons for the recruitment problems of company H are the outdated guiding concept of recruitment,the unsound recruitment system,the lack of analysis of recruitment channels and the neglect of the construction of recruitment evaluation system.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the problems and causes existing in the recruitment work of H company,the optimization of the recruitment plan is obtained mainly from the establishment of principles and the optimization of employment principles,the construction of systematic recruitment process,to expand recruitment channels,to improve recruitment efficiency,to establish recruitment evaluation system and other aspects for improvement and innovation.After the optimization of recruitment plan,strive to achieve the purpose of improving recruitment efficiency,improve the quality of recruitment staff,and enhance the competitiveness of company H;Fourthly,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the recruitment plan,H company should guarantee from the aspects of ideological understanding,financial support,performance appraisal,incentive mechanism and personnel training,constantly mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and form a good atmosphere for all employees to participate in the recruitment work,and lay a solid foundation for H company to carry out the recruitment work.
