With the development of the society,the enterprise also will increase demand for talent,talent is the core competitiveness of an enterprise,whether the development of the enterprise or the expansion of scale,need to introduce a large number of talents,talents to create value for enterprises,for enterprises to bring vitality and vigor.Company Y is a company that mainly produces new energy vehicles.It was founded in December 2013.In the process of continuous development of the company,there is more and more demand for talents.Recruitment is a key factor for injecting fresh blood into enterprises,which plays a vital role in the development of enterprises.Based on Y company as the research object,this paper first introduces the basic situation of company Y and the status quo of the recruitment,and then mainly through the way of questionnaire survey to explore the Y company’s recruitment management,on the basis of questionnaire investigation,interview some specific issues related to leadership,through questionnaire survey and the interview analysis mining company Y recruitment management problems.Among them,the questionnaire survey was conducted on the recruitment team,the company’s employees and the two groups of candidates,aiming to dig into the problems in the recruitment process of Y company through different perspectives.The two questionnaires were carried out in the following four aspects: job analysis,recruitment channels,recruitment interview process and recruitment evaluation.Finally based on the comprehensive analysis of the statistical results of two questionnaires,it is concluded that the Y company recruitment problems: job analysis does not reach the designated position,choice of recruitment channels is inappropriate,recruitment team lack of specialization,the lack of recruitment assessment indicators.In view of the problems in recruitment management of Y company,this paper analyzes the theory research of recruitment at home and abroad,and puts forward the optimization Suggestions suitable for Y company recruitment.This article has direct guidance significance to optimize the recruitment work of Y company,at the same time,it also has certain consultant and reference to other same typeenterprises when recruiting staff.
