| With the continuous deepening reform of railway enterprises and accelerating the strategic development pace,the management of human resources has been paid more and more attention by railway enterprises.Recruitment management,as an important part of human resource management,can attract various talents to enterprises and inject fresh blood and vitality into the development of enterprises.Due to the long history of the railway enterprises in the planning and management mode,it has been less important to modern human theory and methods,which has led to a lower level of human resources management.Railway enterprises have their own uniqueness,which have their own characteristics in the process of talent introduction,cultivation and employment.In order to adapt to market development request,railway enterprises need to attract talents constantly.It is a vital significance to solve the optimization problem of personnel recruitment and management of railway enterprises,and to improve the human resource management structure of enterprises and improve their competitiveness.This article is a research project,which is based on the idea of a human recruitment management in the railway enterprises,and it is a practical example,which is to analyze the theories of human resources management and recruitment management.1.In this article,we have learned the relevant theories of human resources management and recruitment management,and we have been able to focus on the human resources planning,the work analysis,the 360-degree evaluation,the competency model,developed the use process of various tools.2.This is an actual case study of the recruitment of staff of Wuhan railway bureau.This article selects the annual actual data,using the EXCEL charts,statistical analysis of data,provide data support for the research and optimization.3.This article is focused on the problems of recruitment organizations,recruitment channels,recruitment processes and the three major aspects of the recruitment process,which is to organize,analyze,and use human resources management and recruitment management,and suggest an optimized plan for recruitment management.4.In this paper,the optimization of the recruitment management of the railway bureau is applied in the practical work,and the effect is gradually reflected.Optimization research has practical significance for improving the effectiveness of recruitment,and the research methods and principles can be extended to optimize the recruitment management of the entire railway enterprise.5.In order to ensure the effective implementation of recruitment management optimization,this paper studied the optimization of security measures,and improved the operability of recruitment management optimization.At the same time,on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of recruitment,this paper puts forward the precautions of recruitment management optimization.6.The innovation of this paper lies in the use of human resources management and recruitment theory to study and optimize the recruitment of personnel of railway enterprise,using the human resource planning,job analysis,competency model and other tools,especially the use of the 360-degree evaluation to solve the existing candidates in investigation may be unfair problem. |
