| Urban development is followed by the growth of urban waste.How to deal with urban waste scientifically and effectively is a problem that many city rulers must face.The development of society also promotes the innovation of government governance model,such as the application of information technology,which greatly improves the efficiency of urban management,which has become a new trend and direction of urban management in China in recent years.As one of the most important public policies in China,urban residents’ waste classification is an effective means to promote the construction of ecological civilization in China.At present,the government is also trying to explore how to improve the willingness of urban residents to participate in waste classification from the aspects of technology,organization and environment.Guangzhou is one of the cities that started waste classification earlier in China.Under this background,taking Guangzhou as the research area and toe as the analysis framework,this paper analyzes and discusses the main influencing factors of urban residents’ willingness to participate in waste classification.This paper focuses on various factors affecting the effectiveness of urban residents’ participation in waste classification,and puts forward the author’s countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve this willingness.Specifically,this paper first expounds the relevant concepts and toe analysis framework through literature.Secondly,based on the social impact theory,resource-based theory and incentive theory,this paper constructs the analysis model of the factors affecting residents’ willingness to participate in urban waste classification from the three aspects of technology,organization and environment in the toe analysis framework,and puts forward six research hypotheses.Thirdly,take Guangzhou as the research area,obtain the data through the questionnaire survey method,and use SPSS software as a tool to conduct regression analysis on the collected sample data to verify the research hypothesis.The results show that under the framework of toe analysis,technical factors,organizational factors and environmental factors jointly affect residents’ willingness to participate in waste classification,and support six research hypotheses.In specific practice,the government should systematically consider six aspects: technology popularization,technology effect,policy pressure,publicity and education,awareness norms and environmental support.In terms of technical factors,we should take the overall planning of the government as the guidance,strengthen the intensive development of technology,build a platform for technology enterprises to participate,and pay attention to the practical application of technology;In terms of organizational factors,continuously optimize waste classification policies and regulations,improve financial support,and pay attention to publicity,education and guidance;In terms of environmental factors,we should pay attention to giving full play to the role of social organizations,improve the allocation of regional classification facilities and create a supporting classification system. |
