With the continuous acceleration of China’s urbanization process, the population living in cities continues to increase, which caused the output of municipal solid waste(MSW)to show a trend of increasing year by year. However, with the rapid growth of domestic garbage in the city, the disposal capacity of urban garbage has not been improved accordingly. In many places, the phenomenon of garbage siege has appeared, which not only increases the difficulty of urban ecological environmental pollution prevention and control, but also causes huge disposal pressure to the government. In order to effectively relieve the pressure of garbage siege and make reasonable utilization of the existing resources to turn waste into treasure, the central government proposed to promote the work of garbage classification in China, and classify household garbage reasonably, making garbage revitalize through certain technical means while alleviating the pressure of garbage treatment. However,in the process of implementing urban garbage classification, residents’ high willingness is totally at variance with actual low action. In many cities, citizens show high participation interest when carrying out garbage classification, and then show low participation in the actual process of garbage classification carried out by the government.Based on the theory of planned behavior,A-B-C theory, and the hypothesis of economic man, this paper takes the specific implementation of garbage classification in Anshun City,Guizhou Province as the sample, then uses SPSS21.0 statistical software to conduct binary logistic regression analysis on the constructed binary logit model. Finally,we can obtain the influencing factors that lead to the contradiction between residents’ intention and behavior of household waste classification, and then a series of means such as management, incentive and system establishment would be put forward for unifying citizens’ will and action in the process of garbage classification promotion by the government,so as to alleviate the deviation phenomenon. |
