Research On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Sichuan Shale Gas Industry Development

With the rapid development of economy and the sharp increase of energy demand,the contradiction between energy supply and demand caused by energy shortage has become increasingly prominent,which greatly affects economic development.The inadequate production of domestic natural gas resources has created a huge clean energy gap,which is accompanied by rising imports of natural gas and external dependence.Excessive external dependence of energy will not only affect the stable supply of energy,but also bury potential security risks for national energy.Shale gas,as a clean and efficient energy source,can provide a new way to solve the current energy shortage problem in China.China has abundant shale gas resources,huge development potential and high speed.The development of shale gas industry has attracted much attention.Especially in recent years,when air shortage occurs frequently in winter heating period,the development of shale gas is expected to be high.Sichuan is a large shale gas province with the largest resources and reserves in the country.The development of key core technology level,equipment manufacturing and oilfield service capability of shale gas exploration and development has always been at the forefront of the development of shale gas industry in China.Although Sichuan has unique innate advantages in developing shale gas industry,the development of shale gas industry in Sichuan is still in the primary stage,lacking mature development theory and experience.To achieve rapid development of shale gas industry in Sichuan,it is necessary to further sort out the influencing factors in the process of development of shale gas in Sichuan.Based on the research of domestic and foreign literature and the actual situation of Sichuan shale gas development,this paper expounds the necessity and current situation of Sichuan shale gas industry development,and summarizes the factors affecting the development of Sichuan shale gas industry from four dimensions:internal advantages,constraints,external opportunities and external obstacles.This paper uses analytic hierarchy process to construct the index model of Sichuan shale gas industry development impact,obtains the degree of each index’s impact on Sichuan shale gas industry development,and finally concludes that internal advantages and external opportunities play a dominant role in the development of Sichuan shale gas industry.Therefore,the development-oriented countermeasures for the development of Sichuan shale gas industry at this stage are to give full play to internal advantages.At last,according to the results of previous research and analysis,some suggestions for shale gas development are put forward.
