Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Farmer’s Garbage Classification Willingness In Dawa Region

With the advancement of rural urbanization,rural on the ideology of the farmers and great changes have taken place in village Cun Mao,but at the same time the rural waste emissions has gradually become prominent,the correct guiding farmers to timely and accurate classification of garbage,not only can protect the environment,improve the village Cun Mao,but also can save resources,increase the efficiency of resources comprehensive utilization,and rural a green hills and water,so how to enhance the farmers’ willingness to garbage classification,guide farmers to correct garbage classification is particularly important and key.Although China as early as 2000,realized the important role of garbage classification,and also introduced the related policies and regulations,but to farmers on the behavior of real make it from the inside out to classify garbage,garbage sorting and translated into practical action,there is still some way off,there will be a lot of difficulties to overcome,in 2014,the merchant area as the panjin a "beautiful country" development and construction target of one of the demonstration zone,gradually began to garbage classification will be directed to farmers,and along with the advancement of related work,In 2017,dawa began to promote the garbage classification mode of "farmers’ source classification + village cleaners’ door-to-door collection + cleaners’ secondary sorting + enterprises’ professional treatment".To explore the factors affecting the will of farmers garbage classification,is not only beneficial to the right to guide farmers to garbage classification,but also for the relevant departments to formulate relevant measures,urged farmers give some reference to garbage classification,based on the researches of the previous scholars,farmers garbage sorting will mainly by the external environment and internal individual characteristics of these two aspects factors,based on the merchant area farmers as the research object,first of all analyzes the literatures related to garbage classification,on the basis of summarizing the garbage classification research of the related theory;Secondly,according to the basic theory for the empirical analysis of the related studies,selected farmers’ personal background characteristics,environmental values,publicity,government measures of the four major aspects as independent variables,using the combination of field visit and questionnaire survey research methods,received 240 questionnaires,rejecting answer fuzzy invalid questionnaire,received198 samples,and to get to sorting through sample data,using variable SPSS21.0 statistical software for the descriptive statistical analysis,get the overall trend of the sample data;Finally,each related variable was brought into the binary Logistic model for regression analysis to explore its impact on the willingness of garbage classification of farmers.(2)from the perspective of environmental values,the perceived degree of environmental pollution caused by the random discard of garbage,the neighborhood’s garbage classification and the effectiveness of garbage classification all have a significant impact on the garbage classification intention of farmers in dawa area;However,it has no significant impact on whether garbage classification will bring inconvenience to life and save resources.(3)in the process of public publicity,the publicity intensity of the village committee on garbage classification,the duration of garbage classification and the degree of participation in garbage classification have a significant impact on the willingness of garbage classification of farmers in dawa area;However,the impact of garbage classification publicity work on their own degree and the degree of identification of residents on garbage classification identification is not significant.(4)among the government measures,the government enacted relevant laws,increased the convenience of garbage classification facilities,and formulated punishment measures,which would have a significant impact on the willingness of garbage classification of farmers in dawa area;The government’s compulsory measures and related rewards have no significant influence on the farmers’ classification intention in dawa area.
