Investigation On Influencing Factors Of Domestic Waste Classification Behavior In Chengdu,Sichuan Province

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the development concept of building an ecological and beautiful home and turning green water and green mountains into golden mountains and silver mountains has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and people's awareness of environmental protection has also been enhanced.The implementation of waste classification management,change the traditional centralized packing dumping landfill "unrestrained" management mode,from the source of domestic waste according to the composition and secondary conversion rate,and then to the waste treatment station classification recovery,treatment and transformation,in the limited land resources space to achieve the "garbage economic benefits" maximization,can not only make part of the resources redistribution,but also can improve environmental problems.In July 2019,Shanghai implemented compulsory classification of domestic waste,and those who did not carry out garbage classification and did not put it into designated garbage cans will be fined and administrative penalties;on May 1,2020,Beijing officially implemented the "North China" policy According to the regulations on the administration of municipal solid waste in Beijing,the classification of municipal solid waste has also entered the orbit of legalization,normalization and systematization.As a participant in urban management,I deeply realize that it is of great significance to realize the harmless,reduction and resource utilization of municipal solid waste through classified management of garbage source in the era of striving to create a resource-saving society.In view of this,combined with the author's experience in urban management in recent years,the paper makes a full investigation and Analysis on the status quo of domestic waste classification in Chengdu,summarizes the factors that directly affect the implementation effect of household waste classification,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the classification of domestic waste in Chengdu according to the survey results,so as to improve the implementation effect of domestic waste classification.This paper mainly takes Chengdu as an example to investigate the influencing factors of domestic waste classification behavior.Through a large number of literature research,this paper collects and sorts out the research status of domestic and foreign garbage source classification.Based on the theory of circular economy,planned behavior theory and externality theory,the theoretical model framework of influencing factors of domestic waste classification behavior is constructed.Through on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey and interview on the status quo of domestic waste classification in Chengdu,the residents' evaluation and suggestions on garbage classification willingness,classification behavior tendency and existing garbage classification effect were understood.Through the analysis of survey samples,the influencing factors of residents' domestic waste classification were clarified.Based on the conclusion of empirical analysis,combined with the successful experience of domestic and foreign waste classification implementation and the author's personal work experience,this paper puts forward countermeasures and ideas to improve the domestic waste classification in Chengdu for reference of government decision makers and managers,and contributes a little to the development of "ecological Chengdu,livable Chengdu" in urban waste source classification management.
