Research On Influencing Factors And Improvement Strategies Of Rural Residents’ Willingness To Classify Garbage In Jinan City

At present,the main methods of rural domestic waste treatment are "village collection,town operation and county treatment",but now it is faced with the problem of lack of planning for rural waste classification,which leads to the limited construction scale and quantity of waste disposal sites in rural areas.From the data point of view,at present,nearly a quarter of rural domestic garbage in China has not been collected and effectively treated,and there are still many rural domestic garbage that have not been well treated,so the problem of classified recycling of rural garbage needs to be solved urgently.Rural domestic waste treatment is one of the main directions of beautiful and livable rural construction,and it is also the most important content of rural human settlements improvement in China.The classification and recovery of rural domestic waste is an important part of the battle against pollution,and it is also the core task and key meaning of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to carry out the research on rural residents’ willingness to classify garbage and its influencing factors,and put forward the countermeasures to improve it.In order to better promote Jinan rural garbage classification work,realize sustainable development,this paper first analyzes the present situation of Jinan rural garbage classification,and then the Jinan rural residents garbage classification will descriptive statistical analysis,finally use binary Logistic regression model,from individual characteristics,external environment and farmers perception of farmers garbage classification will influence factors,finally according to the above analysis,improve farmers garbage classification strategy.After the above analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There are still some problems in garbage sorting in rural areas of Jinan,such as incomplete garbage sorting facilities;(2)Farmers’ willingness to sort garbage is strong,but their willingness to pay for sorting garbage is low;(3)Through the investigation,it is found that farmers have higher perceived value on the economic,ecological and social aspects of garbage classification;(4)Through investigation,it is found that most farmers think that the overall situation of garbage classification in this village is good,although the overall situation is poor in a few,but the existence shows that there are still some shortcomings and problems in this village;(5)Among the individual characteristics,farmers’ age,political outlook and the population whose families often live in the village have a significant positive impact on their willingness to classify garbage,while engaging in agricultural planting has a significant negative impact on their willingness to classify garbage,while other variables are not significant;In the external environment,the level of village economic development,the situation of garbage sorting collection points,the supporting facilities of village garbage sorting,the speed of garbage removal in village garbage collection points,the overall situation of village garbage treatment,the incentive mechanism and punishment measures for garbage sorting in villages have a significant positive impact on farmers’ willingness to participate in garbage sorting,and the density of permanent residents in villages has a significant negative impact on farmers’ willingness to participate in garbage sorting.In farmers’ perception,the effectiveness of policy implementation,the soundness of laws and regulations,the understanding of garbage classification knowledge,the understanding of environmental protection policies,the perception of social values and social norms have a significant positive impact on farmers’ willingness to classify garbage.Therefore,it is necessary to increase publicity,improve garbage classification infrastructure,improve the level of garbage classification in rural areas,strengthen capital investment in garbage classification,and innovate garbage classification reward and punishment mechanisms to improve the willingness of rural residents in Jinan to classify garbage,and then promote the work of garbage classification in rural areas of Jinan.
