Optimization Research On Package Supplier Development Process In GY Company

Since entering the 21 st century,various fields of the traditional economy have been gradually digitized.With the accelerated development and application of information technology and the digital transformation of traditional industries,it not only brings great convenience to people's life,but also stimulates further development and application of information technology.The global data communication volume shows an explosive growth year by year.As the main carrier of global data communication,the optical communication industry has ushered in a huge historical opportunity.But at the same time,the market has higher and higher requirements for cost,delivery and quality,which requires optical device manufacturers to continuously improve their supply chain management level.GY Company,as the research object of this thesis,is a high-tech manufacturer for core optical devices.It is facing to the problems of declining profits,unstable delivery and quality mainly caused by the development of component package suppliers.According to the questionnaire survey on the development status of package suppliers within the company,it is found that the main problems are about low qualification success rate,slow qualification progress,frequent quality problems after introduction.Through in-depth analysis of these problems,it is found that the root causes of these problems lie in complicated supplier development process,uneffective supplier selection and unscientific development review process.Improvement measures are taken with process improvement tools and other related methodologies,such as ESEIA,QFD and DFMA.Then in the safeguard measures,the author points out that it is the problem of human management that is behind the problem of supplier selection,so the measures are mainly put forward for the solution of department departmentalism in management system optimization and enterprise culture cultivation.In this thesis,the optimization scheme is proposed for GY Company to scientifically develop the component package suppliers.It can not only improve the efficiency of supplier development in this company,but also effectively reduce production cost and improve product quality.
