With the official release of the "14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Hubei Province and the Outline of Vision for 2035",Hubei will build an internationally competitive industrial cluster,promote integrated circuits,new display devices,etc.Construction of national strategic emerging industry clusters.The semiconductor industry is expected to usher in new development opportunities under the support of relevant policies,thereby expanding the business on a large scale and investing in the expansion of factories,factory building is the key point of investment and management in the early stage of semiconductor enterprises.Therefore,this paper studies the management problems in the process of plant construction with the thinking of supply chain management,combined the construction activities of semiconductor clean workshop and the characteristics of supply chain procurement in the construction industry to explore the optimization of supply chain management in the construction process of semiconductor clean workshop,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the efficiency and cost of industrial plant construction,to solve the current traditional enterprise factory management in the lack of professional personnel,management model curing,information flow can not be deeply integrated and other common problems.Based on the investor’s perspective of the semiconductor clean workshop,this paper studies the adjustment direction of the supply chain management mode during the construction process.First of all,by using the method of reading and collecting relevant literature at home and abroad to understand the research direction of supply chain management,including manufacturing,construction and other industries,in the literature by hot behind the historical retrospection mining reference articles,broaden the way of thinking and direction.Secondly,analyze the procurement management of traditional industrial plants,Correct the shortcomings in the management process,such as the lack of professional team staffing,the singleness of traditional function allocation,the lack of procurement process documents,the solidification of supplier resources,and the poor exchange of upstream and downstream information.Then combined with the construction industry in the supply chain management status and characteristics of optimization.Finally,in the application analysis of company H’s actual factory construction,four optimization directions were re-planned for investors in the semiconductor display industry after research:Efficient and professional supply chain team,reduce procurement cost from a professional perspective by setting up a factory building team in the supply chain organization structure system;Improve the supply chain procurement procedure documents of the construction plant,reorganize the procurement process,and prevent corruption;Build information sharing platform to solve the problem of information islands;Establish supplier management system to avoid resource solidification. |
