As an advanced management theory SCM is origin from the west and was inducted to China in the later of the last century. SCM has become the key to improve the compete ability of the enterprises. This thesis based on the investigation of the manufacture industry and the defensive research program. In the research the SCM theory based on the manufacture process was bring forward and some research about the building of supply chain considering of the manufacture process of the key parts was carried through.The normal SCM mainly focus on supply, manufacture schedule, logistics and requirements. According to the factory observation and a program named Research of Agile Virtual Manufacture (K1800020502).This paper probe into the relation between the parts, equipment and the supplier and the special chain they form.By building this kind of Supply Chain we are expecting to improve the rate of the equipment utilization and to reinforce the collaboration of the enterprises.The primary aim of this thesis is to realize the sharing of the resource including the equipments so as to resolve the problem of the key parts manufacture. As a main part of this paper the theory of the equipment and supplier selection is studied and the frame and scheme to implement the project is introduced.Referring to the strategy of building of the SCM system and the requirements of the key parts manufacture process, this paper does a detailed system analyses and design using the object oriented technology, and the technology and the process of system implementation based on the J2EE technique is discussed in the end of this paper.
