Implementation Of Procurement Management System And Research Of Supplier Evaluation Based On ASP Auto Industry Chain

Under the increasingly competitive environment, the car manufacturers are fighting for taking more market by decreasing the price. However, it also results in the shrink of vehicle profit and then low the enterprises'competitiveness. Therefore, considering that how to get the maximize profits, manufacturers are focusing on the origin of supply chain-materials procurement management. Besides, the traditional manual procurement management can not meet the needs of enterprises development. Only realizing the information and networking of procurement process can make the purchase become high-speed, efficient and convenient. On the other hand, while strengthening purchase management information, how to select providers scientifically as a strategic partner, to enhance information sharing and information exchange between enterprises and suppliers, and how to make supply chain systems operate efficiently, has become a new need of Purchasing Management. Therefore, in order to meet production needs and reduce procurement costs maximally, procurement and supplier's management enhancement is imperative.This paper firstly analyzes the exiting problems of the domestic automobile procurement management, and puts forward the solution of setting up the automobile procurement management system which is based on ASP of automobile industry chain platform, in accordance with the status of capital deficient and technical weakness in small and medium-sized automobile enterprise. After investigating the car manufacturers'procurement operations, the paper summarizes the key business requirements of procurement, and provides the specific business process diagrams of whole chain in detail, from the procurement application to the evaluation of vendor selection, signing purchase contract, tracking orders, acceptance of goods, and it also completes the function modeling. Second, based on the research background of car manufacturing industry, the paper analyses the considerable factors and implementation steps during the evaluation and selection of vendor. It builds a set of supplier evaluation index system for the car manufacturing industry vendors. It also brings into the improved Gray relative analysis process to establish the evaluation and decision model. Finally, the paper completes the system overall design, including system architecture design, module design, database design, etc. Based on these, the paper ultimately'completes the purchase order management module, supplier management module, basic data maintenance module and receiving management module in the procurement and supplier management system.
