Research On Optimization Of Internal Supply Chain Process Of Chongqing Huike Jinyu From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

According to LCD panel manufacturing industry problems that exist in the big throughput,from two aspects of enterprise internal supply chain information flow and cash flow are studied,through the analysis of the demand of enterprise internal scattered,low efficiency,supplier management difficulties and signed related questions of internal flows in the supply chain,specifically design related program optimize the supply chain process,and thus effectively reduce the enterprise supply chain cost.This article selects chongqing sun enterprise as the research object,through the study found that the current chongqing sun mainly exist the following problems: the corporate sector communication barriers,bigger size description is not standard cause sector demand scattered upstream supplier management,internal process to sign the nuclear complex,difficult,each node in the supply chain cost management disjointed series throughout the supply chain cost,leading to unable to achieve global optimal cost.Through the analysis and research of the above problems,the supply chain process can be effectively optimized to ultimately improve the internal efficiency of the enterprise and reduce the overall cost.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)through the analysis and research on the problems existing in the internal supply chain process of chongqing huike,such as scattered demand,long signing and verification time,difficulty in supplier selection and excessive capital pressure.Firstly,the fishbone diagram method is used to find the main problem of demand decentralization.Through unified management and standardized description of enterprise material number,the error rate of enterprise material number can be effectively reduced,to centralize the demand.Then,on the basis of demand concentration and based on pareto law,the main and secondary problems in the process are determined,so as to improve the deficiencies existing in the internal process of the enterprise,reduce unnecessary signing nodes,set up a reasonable signing process and shorten the signing time.Secondly,the selection standard of consumables supplier is scientifically formulated through expert scoring method to replace the existing single procurement method,and the overall supplier selection problem is considered as the standard,so as to effectively improve the response speed and effectiveness of the supply chain.Through the supplier to carry on the reasonable index optimization,realizes the supplier effective management.Finally,based on internal supply chain related process optimization,supply chain cost optimization is studied.A global cost optimization model is established according to the idea of the whole value chain,which effectively avoids the single consideration of the cost of each node by the enterprise,and establishes a unified standard based on the global cost,so as to realize the optimal cost of the global supply chain.(2)through the selection of representative raw materials in the enterprise,the supply chain process and overall cost analysis.Selection process optimization in the corporate sector is common in all kinds of mesh optimization,based on the requirement of enterprise each department to come up,for the consolidation and summary,according to the optimized parallel approval process to sign the nuclear time is analyzed,and the signed time comparison before and after optimization,and then prove that the parallel signed to improve processing efficiency within the enterprise process.Three raw materials selected in the enterprise from procurement cost,inventory cost,logistics cost and capital cost four aspects to analyze the total cost,based on the overall cost optimization model,calculate shipping,air freight cost under the global optimization,and through comparing,the overall cost to determine the best procurement and logistics solutions.
