With the rapid increase of software development enterprises,the industry competition is becoming more and more severe,and the requirements for the core competitiveness of enterprises are gradually improved.The talent reserve of enterprises is directly related to the core competitiveness of enterprises and has become an important chip to enhance the competition of enterprises.In the context of the scarcity of high-tech talents in software industry enterprises,training has become the most direct means to help enterprises quickly establish talent teams,improve the technical level of employees,increase team cohesion and improve the overall income of enterprises.This paper studies the theories of domestic and foreign scholars on training scheme design,takes the training scheme design of SX company as the starting point,analyzes the current situation of training scheme design of Software Development Department of SX company,analyzes the problems and comprehensively designs the training scheme from the four aspects of demand analysis,plan formulation,scheme implementation and effect evaluation,and puts forward targeted guarantee measures.For the demand analysis,it is planned to update the reorganization analysis method from the three levels of organization,work and personnel,and re develop the specific training needs of the personnel of the software development department of SX company.As for the formulation of training plan,by classifying the personnel and content,we can reasonably formulate the curriculum design table and annual training plan,and develop a training plan suitable for the software development department.In the training scheme implementation part,the training implementation process is designed according to the time node by resetting the lecturer selection scheme.In the aspect of training effect evaluation,the offset model is used to analyze the training evaluation effect in the four aspects of response,learning,behavior and effect,and develop the training effect evaluation form to put forward opinions and suggestions for the training evaluation effect of enterprises.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the training scheme,we provide guarantee for the training scheme design of the software development department from four aspects: optimizing organization guarantee,providing system support,increasing capital investment and strengthening information construction,so as to make the optimization scheme design truly take root and achieve remarkable results.Through the design of the training scheme of the software development department of SX company,this paper hopes to establish a benign,upward and dynamic talent team for the training of the company through perfect scheme design and implementation,so as to achieve the development goal of the enterprise.
