Abstract/Summary:
Based on internet technology, the distant training and learning system has a large profit and recently some business and departments have set up this training system. Service Department Directly Subordinate to the Commander Department of the Navy often organizes such kinds of training activities. Usually, all the trainers had to travel between the work-units and training places, which is not only tiring but also a waste of manpower and material resources as well as financial resources. What's worse, it is not highly effective. However, distant training and learning system meets the Individualized requirements of the Service Department Directly Subordinate to the Commander Department of the Navy, meanwhile, the students get more decision-making power, which gives them the chance to choose the way they like and make it work more efficient. Better yet, the students can no longer learn passively but initiatively now. In the process of distance education, it can be responsible for people's study schedule and the evaluation of learning concentrates on the progress you have made in study rather than the exam results.This article describes the analysis, the design, the realization and the application of the distant training and learning system. It tells us how the system is realized by the software engineering. After researching the demand of the system, with the object-oriented analysis method, the article first analyzes the training repository, evaluation information and online learning of the system with examples, displaying its functions visually via illustrations and giving a detailed description of all the functions.Having analyzed the examples, we understand the detailed functions of the system. Then we establish a system development framework of high scalability as we design the functions with the J2EE platform and Struts technically. After the function and technology framework was established, we took some functions for example and designed in detail the business class, statistics model class and control class for the realization, and at the same time described the relationship between these classes with the help of the sequence diagram. We had also designed the statistics model in accordance with the business model and further devised the database table. In the final part of realization, the system's operation environment is described. We showcased the function of the system and portrayed the actualization of it. According to the requirements, this system should be cross-platform and can be easily expanded, thus we adopt the J2EE framework to develop this system. Owning the advantage of developing platform, this framework makes fully use of the principle of designing for all people. By employing this framework, the system's maintainability, flexibility and property are improved. Also the system applies Struts framework to realize the design mode MVC, parting the view, control and model, and making the system program logical, clear and exploit efficiently.As an important measure to adapt the new demand for cadre educational training in the new period, the implement of modern distance training system resolves the conflict between work and study of cadres, and strengthens the flexibility, expansion, pertinence, monitoring and efficiency of cadre training. After the application of the system, no matter when and where (i.e. in an office, at home or on a business trip), cadres can use the visual system to study in their spare time, as long as the Internet is available. Meanwhile, the distance training system can conformity and utilize various high quality teaching resources effectively, expand training contents, and improve the level of educational training greatly. Except that, the cadres can request the things which they are interested in or relate to their professions, according to their own characteristics. Thus, they can achieve the goal of lean what they want and redeem what they lack and improve the pertinence of the training. The management of the leaning process is automatic. This system is equipped with a camera; it can capture photographs when the Navy cadres are studying. In order to supervise their learning effectively and improve their learning outcomes, every time they finish learning, the system will organize quits and get the scores by itself.
