At present,most e-commerce enterprise sales personnel training systems generally have the problems of complicated knowledge system and single training mode.Furthermore,they often only focus on knowledge-based training,ignoring employees 'practical ability training.So,they are unable to meet employees' personalized learning needs,and fail to achieve good training results.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs and implements a training system with scenario-based advanced and personalized recommendation functions.The main tasks are as follows:First,an e-commerce enterprise sales staff training system with scenario-based advanced functions and personalized recommendation functions was designed and implemented.Among them,the advanced scene function is to summarize and organize the training resources of the enterprise and display it to employees in stages.Contextualization is reflected in the content of advanced training not only contains knowledge-based training resources,but also specifically adds scene-based practical tasks,combining theory and practice to better guarantee the training effect.In the implementation process of this system,B / S architecture is adopted,MVC design pattern is adopted logically,and ThinkPHP framework is used.The front-end uses the Html +Css + JavaScript web front-end technology combination,and the back-end uses the WAMP(Windows + Apache + MySQL + PHP)back-end technology combination to ensure the compatibility and scalability of the system.Second,a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on constraints is proposed.You can recommend diverse and effective learning resources for employees based on their learning level.The diversity is reflected in the recommended learning content not only contains the interests of employees,but also contains the learning content that the employees lack,which helps to help employees fill in the learning shortcomings.Effectiveness is reflected in the recommended learning content that needs to be understood and absorbed by current employees,which helps improve employee learning efficiency.Thirdly,a user password protection scheme is proposed to protect user password security from three aspects: password generation,password transmission and password storage.In the password generation stage,the password strength detection function is designed to help users set a more secure password through detection of password sensitive information,password complexity,and additional password detection.The password transmission phase uses HTTPS encrypted transmission protocol to ensure the security of password transmission.In the password storage phase,the PBKDF2 algorithm is used to encrypt and store the password,whicheffectively guarantees the security of the password storage.
