With the development of economic globalization, the knowledge update faster thanever. The employee quality will be the core fact of the enterprise competition. Sodeveloping a full functional software which could assist staff managing the trainingbusiness became an important thing for every company. At the present, employeetraining gets more and more attention by various business leaders, but the traditionalenterprise employee training management system takes every step manually to completea heavy workload and poor confidentiality. Staff’s query training situation needs couldonly through by posting notices or asking the administrator. That is very inconvenient.Using our employee training management system, training is systematic, standardizedand automated, so that enterprise make the training management efficiency. Training isone of the most important works in staff and serving during each enterprise. It can notonly improve the overall quality of staff, but can improve service levels and productivity,establish a good image, enhanced profitability. It also proves two-way communicationbetween managers and employees, enterprise and employees, enhance cohesion andsolidarity, enhance the staff of the enterprise a sense of belonging and a sense ofownership, to play the human resources of high value-added, so as to create moreeffective. Employee training improve the the managers ability level and employee skillsdirectly, provide new ideas, knowledge, information, skills, growth in staff competenceand professionalism, innovative spirit of the fundamental way and an excellentway.The system is the most important human resource development, is more importantthan investment in physical capital, human capital investment. With China’s accession tothe WTO and world economic integration, enterprise never pay attention on training somuch. This article talk about some personal views on enterprise training.This paper first introduces the research background, research status and thenecessity of the system development. The development of enterprise staff trainingfollowed in the study, analysis and research on the basis of the status quo, the theory ofcorporate staff training, and corporate staff training application feasibility analysis.Finally, planning for staff training platform proposed training mode design feasibility program.This paper describes the development of the system in the VPF environment designprocess, from the perspective of software engineering.
