Design Of HR Strategy Training System For Shenzhen Media Group

Scholars has been attention to the central role of human resource strategy in theaccessing to competitive advantage. To keep its advantage in HR, the managers mustto continuously improve its employees ‘competence by strategic HR training anddeveloping, enhancing its competitive power and fulfilling its strategy. Byconstructing strategy-oriented training system, the staff training can toward to acorrect direction, which can conducive to the realization of strategic objectives, inorder to provide personnel support for the realization of strategic objectives.The Paper includes six parts, the first chapter points out the significance and theresearch goal, carries on the analysis to the domestic and foreign staff trainingmanagement theory and also indications the innovation and shortages in this thesis;On this basis, the author instructed the connotation and characteristics ofstrategy-oriented training of staff,also described the basis theoretical involved in thisarticle; In the third chapter, the author introduced the basic situation of ShenzhenMedia Group, pointed out the inadequate and reason in staff training, explained thesignificance of building strategic-oriented employee training system; in the fourthchapter, the author detailed the principles and ideas of training system, pointed outthe strategy-oriented employee training system together constitute the training processsystem and the training of security system; In the last two chapters, the authorsintroduced the specific content of the training processes systems and training supportsystem. The author hope that through this study can provide theoretical guidance tothe Shenzhen Media Group staff training and management, helping the managerscombining the staff training and Group’s strategic objectives.
