Enterprise Staff Training System Based On B/s Architecture Design And Implementation

Now the development of enterprises, without competition. The final analysis, the competition between different enterprises are different types of competition for talent, from one side, but also training the competition among enterprises. Future business, the only way to get better than its competitors, is to learn faster than their competitors, knowledge application faster. Emphasis on training, attention to staff to enhance the overall quality and corporate culture, and the enterprise into a learning organization, by improving the core competitiveness of enterprises and employees ultimately "win-win", is the development of enterprises of the most fundamental means.In recent years, the network technology has been developed quickly and the platform of J2EE(Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition) has been adopted extensively. And the multi-layer web architecture based on B/S pattern matures gradually. The Model-View-Controller pattern discards disadvantages which the design pattern in traditional web application has. It separates the control of the data and the view of the data so as to meet the demand to the multi-layer web application complicated more and more. So MVC pattern is the best choice to develop the J2EE web application. This thesis proceeds total analysis of the enterprise Web-based training supporting terrace based on B/S structure, mainly details the guiding ideology and design principle of the system, and deals with the need analysis of it. The paper also indicates the construction and project designing of this system, and proceeds the requirement analysis and the system to the system database, and discusses how to realize the technique function of the system mode. Besides, the paper introduces the designing of the system right management. Finally, it makes a summary of the whole paper.
