In order to improve this situation, designing and implementing the Beijing fire brigade business training management system with the power of information development.In the design and implementation process of the Beijing fire brigade business training management system, using mainstream enterprise-level development framework J2EE, using the B/S architecture model, using MVC design philosophy, comprehensively taking the advantages of structs and Hibernate framework,using the high-level programming language Java to implement the system. Selecting the relational database SQL Server 2012 to store the data.In the design and implementation process of the Beijing fire brigade business training management system, combining the actual situation of the Beijing fire corps, all branches and detachments to design and implement the six main modules, namely training program management, weekly schedule management, training inspection and examination, training safety management, statistical analysis and data maintenance. Training program management included program maintenance, program query, released program receive and reported program receive. Weekly schedule management included weekly schedule maintenance and weekly schedule query. Training inspection and examination included evaluation record maintenance, score registration, training file, and evaluation record query. Training safety management included management organization maintenance, safety management system maintenance and safety management record maintenance. Statistical analysis included statistics of training program and examination statistics. Data maintenance included subject management, assessment standard management.The Beijing fire brigade business training management system achieved automation, paperless and intelligent office of daily training and information management for the fire brigade, efficiently, conveniently, intelligently developed reasonable and feasible and scientific training program for the fire crews, and also provided a highly efficient means of managing other files and information, which had import significance in effectively enhancing the training level and business capacity for the fire brigade.
