Market competition is becoming intense in rapid developing globaleconomy, many enterprises are in various ways on the staff of a purpose,planned training and training management activities, to ensure that newemployees adapt to the enterprise culture, to become the enterprise development needsof qualified staff. Research on how to use the existing information technology tointegrate various enterprise employee training resources, large-scale, high quality, lowcost network training mode, has become an inevitable trend of modern enterprisemanagement development.On the basis of manufacturing enterprise in Kunshan City,the new stafftraining and management mode, the applicationfocuses on information technology inbusiness enterprise staff training management. By using the user function on trainingmanagement system requirements analysis, established the development method of thewhole system, constructed the employee training management information system ofenterprise. The system of corporate culture, organizational structure, staff training needsand the internal and external network environment investigation and analysis, thecomprehensive application of the development of software engineering technology, thebusiness process reengineering of enterprise training, will be integrated into theenterprise training resource management, staff training evaluation and feedbackinformation to the enterprise training process, in order to realize the process ofemployee training management information, networked, systematic goal. In the systemrequirements analysis stage, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the whole systemfunction and user role hierarchy, detailed analysis of the system functional andnon-functional requirements. Designed according to the requirements of theoverall framework of the system,subsystem and function modules werediscussed, modelingusing the object oriented design method and UML modelinglanguage, modeling software Visio software system, systemuse case model is given; inthe system design phase,combined with computer software and hardware platform ofthe system detailed design, and gives the the main designprinciple, system structuredesign, the main class diagram design, abstract system E-R diagrams to data analysissystem, to complete the database conceptual design, and derived physical model; in the system implementation stage, the system uses the popularB/S (Browser/Server) software architecture, using ASP.NET technology, SQLServer2005as the background database Web page programming, system according tothe function of each module, combined with thepreparation of the database storedprocedure, the final realization of each function module. System implementation iscompleted, according to the software testing process is a comprehensive test of thesystem, satisfactory results are obtained.The development of the system based on.NET technology platform, usingC#language development, the system designusing B/S structure mode, use IIS serverenvironment, with the help of Intranet and extranet, the client access server through thebrowser, to achieve a variety of functions. The test results show that the enterpriseemployee training management system is designed in this paper meets the expectedgoals, can carry on the effective management of each stage in early period, staff training,training information, enhance the work efficiency of the Department, to meet the needsof employee training management in modern enterprises.
