The Design And Implementation Of Staff Training Based On Forcecontrol Software

With the development of science and technology, Wireless radio and television launch stations step into the age of intelligence, automation and digital. So country and autonomous region's requirement for broadcast stations safety index is more strict. The station staff whose business skills directly decides the stations safety broadcasting index whether good or bad, is the executor of the safety broadcasting. So the key part of the station safety broadcasting management is how to change the traditional way of staff training methods and adopt new ideas of new technology to train staff well.By using the configuration technology, and based on Force control platform, this paper designed and implemented Guangxi radio and television Longzhou medium-wave station staff training software, which implemented the main function of stations broadcast control system's simulation, theoretical study, practice and operation and staff appraisal, as well as solved the main problems including medium-wave station staff training method lagging, current operating practice is limited by security broadcast time and no digital management with staff appraisal. Paper introduces UML modeling ideas, establish the system use case diagram, access to stations design goals of training software, interface and function requirements, describes the training software functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements. Software system function module structure is studied, the program is running process, the graphical interface level structure and database structure design under the framework of the configuration technology. On Forcecontrol software platform, its main function includes achieving human-computer interaction interface, staff learning and examination, and Access database management and so on. Adopting the method of function point coverage testing, it designed the software test cases, and carried on the software function test, data management and security testing. The result proves that training software system running is stable, the system interface and function to achieve stations work procedures and work instructions. And software function has reached the station's requirement of the software function and performance.The training software, whose operation interface and function design is in accordance with station staff using habits, makes the station staff training achieve scientific, digital and standardized management. Employees are able to practice the broadcast control system with this software, which can strongly promote the staff's business skills and enhance guarantee strength of broadcast stations safety.
