Research On The Book Trade Complementarity Evaluation And Relationship Optimization Between China And Europe

Books,which are considered to be words and symbols of a certain significance,display in a specific format,in order to inherit the human experience of thousands of years of transformation and understanding of nature and society summed up the carrier,it's the condense of human civilization and the transmission medium of knowledge in the way of expression and the form of expression.Today,the world is in a stage of increasing globalization.Countries in the world will be more and more integrated into a community with a shared future,and communication in political,economic,cultural and other fields is becoming increasingly close,among them,book trade,as a typical representative and key carrier in the field of world cultural exchange,has been paid more and more attention by experts and scholars.The book trade complementary evaluation index system is an organic system constituted by determining the evaluation objects,establishing the evaluation system and establishing the evaluation index model by determining the evaluation indexes.The establishment of the complementary evaluation index system of book trade is the basic work to evaluate the book trade between countries.The book trade is one of the main ways of cultural exchanges,and has great significance for promoting European countries to join “the Belt and Road”.This study introduces the theories of trade complementarity into the field of book trade for an overview.On the basis of following the principles of feasibility,comparability,qualitative and quantitative combination,etc.Using the logical context of results-indirect causes-direct causes,the paper constructs the interactive influence and promotes the complementary performance,complementary environment and complementary resources of book trade.And aiming at the disadvantages of traditional evaluation system index selection is too single,selection of the correlation of 18 qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes,Finally,establishedan evaluation index system for the complementarity of The book trade between China and The EU,including one goal,three systems and 18 specific indicators.On that basis select the communication in the political,economic and trade exchanges with China,cultural exchanges is representative in the field of six European countries,as a measure representing an empirical assessment.The empirical analysis results show that China and European countries as a whole have a close complementary relationship in book trade,and the complementary pattern is relatively stable,but at the same time,there are also different complementarities among countries,uneven development of trade potential,overall decline in the scale of trade,more obvious differences in levels and other characteristics.To optimize the book trade relationship between China and The EU,we may take measures to meet the needs of the European book market,strengthen cultural exchanges between China and the EU,improve the legal environment for book trade,strengthen policy support for book trade,train multilingual book translators,and set up special funds for book promotion to promote cultural exchanges and mutual learning between China and the EU.
