During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period,the reform of China's cultural system was further deepened.The rapid development of digital technology and media technologies has prompted the publishing industry in our country to usher in a new period of transition.As an important part of the entire publishing industry,the import and export of publications has played an important role in the rapid development of the whole press and publication industry.Compared with the previous "Five-Year Plan",during the "12th Five-Year Plan",the entire press and publication industry underwent major changes.The development of the import and export trade publications also changed with changes in the environment.Therefore,the import and export of publications should not only adapt to such changes,but also seek development through changes.The economic strategy of foreign trade along the Belt and Road of our country is also a cultural arrangement and naturally a good opportunity to promote the publication of products going abroad.As an important industry publishing industry publishing industry,should be included in this strategic layout.Based on this,in order to vigorously promote the "going global" quality of publishing products,we need to have a detailed understanding of the import and export trade of the publishing industry,carefully analyze its strengths and weaknesses,and attach importance to the promotion of the "One Belt and One Road" cultural layout to the press and publishing industry In order to make the import and export trade of our publishing industry take a more accurate,scientific,adaptable and steady pace of development during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
