In recent years,the decline of profit margin of brand computers,the significant decrease of shipment volume and the increase of consumer's concentration on computer brand choice have brought opportunities to professional supply chain companies.Because the supply chain network of computer spare parts industry is complex and there are many process links,supply chain collaboration and supply chain service ability are particularly important.This thesis takes the supply chain of H company as the research object,and studies how to evaluate the service ability of supply chain and how to effectively improve the service ability of supply chain of H company from the perspective of supply chain collaboration.The main research work of this thesis includes three parts.Firstly,the connotation of supply chain service capability is analyzed,and the evaluation index system and evaluation method of supply chain service capability are constructed from the perspective of supply chain collaboration.From the three dimensions of customer service,information collection and processing and operation cooperation,this thesis analyzes and constructs the evaluation index system of supply chain service capability from the perspective of supply chain collaboration,which includes three primary indicators and 18 secondary indicators.This thesis applies the best worst method(BWM)to determine the weight of each level of indicators,combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to design the evaluation method of supply chain service capability.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the current situation of H company's supply chain service ability,and uses the evaluation system and method of supply chain service ability to collect data through questionnaire survey,and then calculates the comprehensive evaluation value of all levels of indicators of supply chain service ability combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.According to the analysis of the evaluation results,among the three dimensions of H company's supply chain service ability,the information collection and processing ability is the strongest,followed by the customer service level,and the operation cooperation ability is the weakest.Finally,the thesis puts forward some suggestions to improve the supply chain service ability of H company from the perspective of supply chain collaboration.In the dimension of customer service,proposes countermeasures and suggestions on the complexity of the information provided by customers and customer satisfaction;In the dimension of information collection and processing,the thesis throws out countermeasures and suggestions on the ability of information collection and the perfection of information system;In the dimension of operation cooperation,the thesis propounds countermeasures and suggestions on the coordination ability with parts manufacturers and suppliers,cost control ability,inventory control ability,coordination ability with logistics service providers,and coordination ability with relevant departments of the parent company.The main innovation of this thesis is to build the evaluation index system and evaluation method of supply chain service capability from the perspective of supply chain collaboration,and then evaluate the supply chain service capability of H company,and put forward the countermeasures to improve the supply chain service capability according to the evaluation results.
