Design And Implementation Of Clothing Supply Chain Collaborative System

How to quickly respond to the uncertain market demand,reduce manufacturing costs and shorten production cycle,and achieve efficient supply chain collaboration has become an important part of supply chain management in the current apparel industry.The goal of supply chain collaboration is to create the overall value of supply chain which is larger than the simple sum of link value through the coordination of all aspects in the supply chain and joint efforts,and to improve the competitiveness of the entire supply chain.This paper will mainly study the design and implementation of the supply chain management system for brand apparel companies in the apparel industry,based on the actual needs and potential development requirements of the supply chain management of brand apparel suppliers,a supply chain collaboration system that is oriented to the enterprise commodity department,the garment supplier management,the production process control,and the financial settlement process is constructed.Such system will be developed using a mature B/S three-tier framework,and the core function modules consists of design development coordination,production management coordination and financial settlement coordination.The function of each module has been gained based on the analysis and arrangement of the actual investigation and interview in the enterprise,and detailed analysis of the requirements obtained has been made,at the same time,the system architecture design and database design are also necessarily described in the paper.The implementation of this system will effectively integrate the business flow and data flow of each node,realize the information sharing of procurement and production process data and improve the supplier's ability to collaborate,in order to save business transfer time to the maximum extent,improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market.
