Research Oil Supply Chain Synergy Performance Based On Block Chain Technology

The supply chain integrates large amounts of information,such as logistics,capital flow and business flow,which has extremely high requirements for information transparency.However,the traditional supply chain has some problems,such as unsmooth data transmission and data distortion.Blockchain technology fundamentally solves the problems of privacy protection,information traceability and information authenticity existing in the traditional supply chain.However,as the application of blockchain technology in the supply chain is still in its early stage,many enterprises are still in the "hesitant" wait-and-see stage for the emerging technology of blockchain.In view of this,"JD Chain",which is deeply engaged in blockchain technology,is taken as the research object,discussing the motivation,path,operation characteristics,influence mechanism and supply chain synergistic effect of the introduction of blockchain technology,in order to provide effective suggestions for other enterprises to apply blockchain technology and promote the application and development of blockchain technology.This thesis uses literature analysis,case studies as research methods,First,review the domestic and foreign research status and related theories,After taking "JD Chain" as an example,Overview of the development of JD,JD supply chain and "JD Chain";next,Analyze the motivation of JD’s introduction of blockchain technology,Study the path of JD to build the "JD chain",And summarize its operational characteristics;once more,This thesis analyzes the influence mechanism of "JD Chain" on supply chain synergy,the supply chain synergy effect and the key factors that generate synergy Then analyze the impact of JD "JD Chain" on the synergistic performance of supply chain and economic added value,Finally,the conclusions and suggestions of this thesis are drawn.This thesis finds that:(1)JD’s use of blockchain technology to transform the supply chain is the result of both internal and external factors.The external cause is the good development trend of blockchain and the fierce competition in the e-commerce industry;the internal cause is to improve the supply chain management and provide high-quality products and services.(2)There are three paths for JD to build "JD Chain" : building blockchain technology architecture,building blockchain anti-counterfeiting traceability platform and building digital storage platform.(3)"JD Chain" has four operation characteristics: supply transparency,unlimited sales,logistics security and cooperation and sharing.(4)"JD Chain" has two influence mechanisms of information sharing and trust in supply chain collaboration.There are four synergies: supplier collaboration,customer collaboration,logistics collaboration and management collaboration.(5)The key factor of "JD chain" lies in JD’s strong technical foundation and its built business ecosystem.(6)Financial data analysis shows that "JD Chain" improves the collaborative performance of supply chain and the economic added value of enterprises.
