With the increasing of users and data and the increasing scale and difficulty of applications, the traditional way of organizing and managing information resources has been unable to meet the urgent needs of computing power and efficiency of resource use, which promotes the emergence and rapid growth of cloud computing. Cloud computing, as a new form of information resources organization for infrastructure, platforms and applications, transforms the desktop-centric computing model into the network-centric computing model. Meanwhile, cloud computing, providing the cloud services of on-demand use and customized, effectively reduces the cost of management and maintenance. Cloud service, delivered between the layers of Internet, forms a cloud computing service supply chain. The selfish behavior of the members in the supply chain, information asymmetry and other reasons result in lower efficiency of the supply chain. Therefore, the design of coordination mechanism for cloud computing service supply Chain and its simulation analysis has important practical significance.For the issues of coordination mechanism design and simulation for cloud computing services supply chain, this paper focuses on the following three aspects:(1) This topic designs a quantity discount contract, which coordinates a cloud computing services supply chain consisting of one infrastructure provider (AIP) and one application service provider (ASP). The AIP provides computing services to the ASP. The ASP sells value-added services to end users. The market is characterized by a price-sensitive random demand. We discuss three kinds of coordination mechanism, namely, centralized mechanism, wholesale price contract and quantity discount contract. We find that the quantity discount contract does not distort the ASP’s pricing decision, if coordinating the ASP ordered quantity it can also coordinate the ASP’s pricing. Furthermore, through numerical analysis, we find that the quantity discount contract improves the performance of supply chain system, which heightens the AIP’s status. The AIP turns into the active initiator of the quantity discount contract.(2) Based on the quantity discount contract above, we introduce the queuing theory to describe the cloud computing system. Through the profit analysis of the cloud service supply chain in integration, lease directly and quantity discount contract, we find that the queuing theory can offer a better depiction of the practice in the cloud environment. Moreover, the conclusion, that the quantity discount contract does not distort the ASP’s pricing decision, is still valid. Thus the quantity discount contract can achieve the profit of integration, and arbitrarily allocate the coordination profit.(3) Based on the optimization method in Matlab, this topic design and implement a simulation platform of computing service supply chain. On this platform, we use a lot of optimization functions provided by Matlab to solve the optimization problem of coordination mechanism design. The cloud computing simulation platform can simulate a variety of scenarios, and provides the sensitivity analysis of basic parameters and the simulation picture. Proven, the simulation platform can comprehensively simulate the decision-making behavior of the members in the cloud computing supply chain under a variety of scenarios, which provides important basis for the analysis of coordination mechanism.
