The supply chain of the main manufacturer is gradually digitalized in recent years,and digital solutions to many problems in traditional manufacturing industry are proposed.Based on this background,this thesis founds that traditional main manufacturer supply chain and supply chain business platform still have the following problems that reduce the degree of coordination:(1)The high cost of maintenance will eventually lead to decline in the supply chain coordination because of the highly centralized control.(2)There are many unstable factors in the reliability of data,including the paper documents of traditional main manufacturer supply chain and the system robustness of traditional supply chain platform.(3)Poor data transparency increases the difficulty of tracing data operations.This thesis puts forward the blockchain technology as a solution to the above problems under the background of digitization.In order to improve the coordination between the business of the main manufacturer’s supply chain through blockchain technology,the author studied the core business process of main manufacturing supply chain and the principle of blockchain technology.The research work of this thesis includes the following four parts:(1)The data sharing model of traditional main manufacturer supply chain and traditional supply chain business platform is analyzed.Then proposes a supply chain business platform based on block chain.Combined with this platform,it explores solutions to problems such as too many data operation modes,lack of business data privacy and lack of message notification mechanism brought by blockchain.(2)Business analysis of main manufacturer supply chain.The procurement and outsourcing business processes of the main manufacturers in the supply chain is analyzed.Then an optimization scheme based on block chain is proposed.At the same time,the business authorization model is constructed by combining the authority analysis of business data with the independent authorization model and the role authorization model.(3)Research on infrastructure design and collaborative processes.Firstly,a data sharing model based on block chain is proposed.Secondly,infrastructure such as smart contract of data base operation on the chain,smart contract of business authorization and message notification model are designed.Then data management smart contracts including document data,material demand data and material delivery data are designed through the infrastructure.Finally,based on the data sharing model,the business collaboration process of the main manufacturer supply chain is studied.(4)The supply chain business platform based on block chain is realized,and engineering verification is carried out by simulating the supply chain business process of the main manufacturer.At the same time,comparative analysis is carried out with the traditional supply chain platform from the business and data levels.This thesis unified the data operation mode on the chain and enhanced the permission control of business data by improving and independently designed smart contract.At the same time,to achieve instant message notification and rapid response business,the message notification model is constructed which combining message queue and contract event mechanism.On the basis of the above,preset business smart contracts are designed to optimize and improve the process of contract confirmation,procurement and delivery,and promote business collaboration.Finally,the feasibility of the platform is verified by experiments.At the same time,the superiority of this platform is emphasized,including two aspects:(1)A higher degree of coordination and flexibility on the business side.(2)Lower maintenance cost,high security and reliability,open and transparent data operation on the data side.
