Research On The Relationship Among Enterprise Digital Capability,Supply Chain Collaboration And Innovation Performance

Digital technology revolution promotes profound changes in the economy and society,especially has had a profound impact on the improvement of innovation performance for quality development.Improving innovation capability of enterprises is not only an important means to improve production and operation and enhance market competition,but also an important initiative to promote industry transformation and upgrading.As an emerging capability,Digital Capability requires both a deep understanding of digital technology by individuals or organizations,and the combination of digital technology and data for analysis to achieve business improvement and product and service innovation by deeply exploring the potential value of data.In addition,Digital Capability is instrumental in creating a multi-participant work environment.In this environment,supply chain subjects ensure the smooth implementation of innovation activities through the synergy of resource sharing and friendly communication,thus,there may be a link between Supply Chain Collaboration in the relationship between Digital Capability and Innovation Performance.And Strategic Flexibility,an important tool for business management,has an impact on the implementation of Digital Capability.Furthermore,huge value created by digitalization has become a key of discussion among companies,various experts and scholars in recent years.Therefore,this paper is a highly academic and practical work at this stage to study the mechanism of the role between digital capabilities and innovation performance.Based on this,this study reviews the relevant literature on the relationship between Digital Capability and Innovation Performance,and introduces two variables,including Supply Chain Collaboration and Strategic Flexibility,based on logistics enterprises and related contexts.This study aims to deeply analyze mechanisms between Digital Capability and Innovation Performance.The study conducted a questionnaire survey for employees of logistics companies,and 357 valid questionnaires were processed and analyzed by SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0 to ensure that the reliability and validity of the questionnaires met the standards and to verify the hypotheses proposed in the article.The results of the study found that: Digital Capability have a significant positive effect on Innovation Performance;Supply Chain Collaboration has a positive effect on Innovation Performance;Digital Capability have a positive effect on Supply Chain Collaboration;Supply Chain Collaboration has a partial mediating role in the relationship between Digital Capability and Innovation Performance;Strategic Flexibility can positively regulate the relationship between Digital Capability and Innovation Performance.Theoretically,empirical studies of digital capabilities are enriched,and specific mechanisms for achieving innovative performance are sought from other perspectives.In practice,it can help logistics enterprises recognize the necessity of digital transformation and break the innovation bottleneck,and thus help China’s logistics enterprises realize transformation and upgrading and empower the high-quality development of logistics industry.
