Evaluation On Independent Control Capability Of Domestic Compound Chip Supply Chain

Chips are known as the "industrial foods" of the information age.Chips almost play an important role in every corner of modern society,and different materials chips play different roles and functions.In recent years,under the influence of the international situation,the blockade of foreign countries to China has become increasingly serious.From the perspective of national security and technology development,the problem of independent control of chip supply chain needs to be solved urgently.In the "big family" of chips,compound chip has its unique advantages and uses,such as its high frequency and high power density characteristics,so that it has absolute technical advantages in the field of information transmission and reception,and is widely used in national defense,aerospace,base station,mobile phone,Wi Fi and other fields.In this thesis,the present situation,application fields and development trends of the compound chip industry are introduced,and the significance of realizing the independent control of compound chip and its supply chain is expounded.Understanding the current situation of the domestic compound chip companies operations,starting with the business processes of chip manufacturers with different operation modes,in this thesis,the supply chain processes and participating factors are analyzed,the main production equipment,materials and related domestic and foreign manufacturers are investigated,and the whole supply chain of compound chip industry is described comprehensively.Based on investigation and visiting experts,using scientific analysis method and means,the independently controlled compound chip supply chain evaluation method,is established by using the method of "fishbone diagram".Main domestic compound chip supply chain link and the overall supply chain independent controllable ability scores are analyzed.The constraints of domestic independently controlled compound chip supply chain link are found combined with the actual situation of in-depth analysis.Finally,according to the conclusion of controllable supply chain,relevant ideas and suggestions are put forward for the controllable supply chain,which could provide certain reference for other domestic compound chip manufacturers,relevant governments,scientific research institutions and financial institutions.
