With the integration and globalization of world economy, and after the entrance of WTO, the automobile industry in China is facing unprecedented pressure. The automobile market presents the characteristic of rapid development of new products, continuous shortening of product's lifecycle and needs to meet with client's individualized requirements. Under this situation, the lowest cost, highest efficiency, and best product with the best service constitute the three most important factors which influence the development and survive of modern enterprises.In order to adapt to the market competition and forge a modernized automobile enterprise, Shanghai Maple Automobile Co.Ltd(SMA) carried out development of a new round of supply chain logistics cooperation management platform, namely, SPS system and software implementation. Learning from Toyota the fine mode of production, building-up an on time material supply system with Shanghai characteristics based on collaboration service, SMA realized the rare transformation of production and logistics model in domestic automobile industry.This paper probes into SMA implementation of SPS system based on supply chain management and innovation of supply chain logistic cooperation, elaborates the running of SPS system in SMA, to exploit enterprise's business cooperation model and service support model, aiming at enterprise's supply chain purchase, logistics and service, to exploit manufacturing supply chain management system based on collaboration service, carrying out the integrated platform, by which to improve the efficiency and management level, and promoted the competency of competitiveness.By introducing supply chain management information system of SMA, this paper depicts building up a process of design and realization of information system with fast reactive mechanism, which in turn speed up information transmission and interaction, optimize business procedure, improve efficiency and control logistics, drying out the extra "water" in supply chain and really forge a supply chain cooperation platform which support the fine running of enterprise, and realize a win-win situation of ensuring production, satisfying market, improving production, lowering down the storage of raw material, improving satisfaction of supplier and lowering down purchase cost.The research of this paper is mainly based on the case study of SMA's successful experience. The typical case can provide more experience support and the characteristics of operability and visuality of this case make it more meaningful and practical for reference. The implementation on innovation of management and operation of this information system has the value of being promoted in the same industry.
