Agile Supply Chain Information System To Optimize The Simulation, And Flexible Supply Chain Model

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is an important management pattern. The paper firstly gives the concepts of SCM and agile SCM and their characteristics. In chapter two, it presents the realization of the intelligence and the automatization of Supply Chain Information System and the structure of this system based on the application of Web Service technique. In chapter three, it introduces a basic enterprise SC information system framework and Supply Chain Operation layer Model from the analysis and design of a classed business flow supply chain. In chapter four and five , the demanding of flexible Supply Chain considered , it describes relevant operation layer models, and optimizes the vendor's and the detail' s by minimizing each layer cost function , and then optimizes mainly the manufacture layer model by means of Genetic Algorithm , which is based on 3-layer simple structure . At the end , it analyzes the balance between the flexibility and the cost and proves the validity of such a method by example.
