| With the continuous advancement of computer technology,the use of related technologies in the construction of enterprise information has become more and more advanced.Computers and information systems have been widely used in all walks of life.The dependence of a specific business on an information system becomes deeper and deeper,and any changes in the information system may directly affect the normal operation of the business.In the face of increasingly complex and ever-changing user needs and business requirements,as well as the ever-expanding IT applications,the daily operation and maintenance of computer information systems has become a common concern.Through the investigation of the original system operation and maintenance platform,the requirements for developing a system operation and maintenance platform based on the ITIL standard have been determined.Under the premise of fully considering the maintainability and scalability of the platform,the project was systematically designed based on the ITIL service management standard.The project was developed based on B/S architecture using Flask MVC framework,RESTful interface design,and ORM technology such as SQLAlchemy to build the system operation and maintenance platform.This paper also involves the machine learning related knowledge,uses the SVM-SMO algorithm,combines the performance index parameters produced in the system operation and maintenance,carries on the simulation experiment to construct the classifier,provides the operation and maintenance data back testing function for the operation and maintenance platform,thus has played early detection of potential operational risks in the operation and maintenance platform.So it has a certain forward-looking significance.The system operation and maintenance platform in this project is mainly composed of three major modules: the rights management module,the infrastructure module,and the operation and maintenance operation module.The rights management module is responsible for the role management and rights management functions.The infrastructure module is from the physical architecture and the logical architecture.The entity foundation of the operation and maintenance platform is constructed,and the operation and maintenance operation module defines the workflow modes such as customizable operation nodes and customizable operation groups.Combined with the corresponding function modules,the operation and maintenance management of the entire system is intuitive.Efficient,greatly enhance the efficiency of enterprise IT systems. |
