Performance evaluation for modern enterprises is an important focus of management practice.Scientific performance evaluation management technology not only can improve the work performance and performance by stimulating the subjective initiative of employees,but also improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises by improving the working skills and component of employees,so as to gain the competitive advantage of enterprises.It is the common development of employees and enterprises.Therefore,a scientific and standardized performance appraisal system is essential for the sound development of enterprises.The paper fully expounds the background and significance of the research,collects and reads a large number of domestic and foreign literature on related issues,summarizes and reviews them,combs out the relevant theories of performance evaluation,selects Harbin A software company(hereinafter referred to as A software company)as the research sample,and adopts face-to-face interview and questionnaire design from the salary incentive system,employees' ideological understanding,gap Through channels and other aspects of the company's employees were investigated.The results show that the existing problems and reasons of the performance appraisal system are mainly reflected in the imperfection of the salary incentive system,the lack of employees' understanding of the performance appraisal,the rough frame of the index design,the unreasonable weight of the appraisal index,the lack of scoring basis,the relatively single appraisal subject,the lack of good communication channels in the appraisal process and the appraisal conclusion For this reason,the goal and principle of optimizing the performance system are established,the optimization of performance indicators,the adjustment of salary structure,the optimization of subject,object and cycle of assessment,and the smooth communication and feedback channels are put forward,and the guarantee measures are put forward from the four aspects of ideological improvement,organizational optimization,system improvement and performance culture Application.
