The Chengdu Longquan m obile com pany empl oyee perform ance m anagement in the actual business based dem and research, analysis, design, and realizes the staff perform ance appraisal system in combination with advanced performance evaluation theory and advanced means of infor mation, to support Chengdu Longquan m obile com pany staff perform ance appraisal. T o achieve unified m anagement of perfor mance inform ation, standardize the assessment process, which aim s to improve the efficiency of manpower cost can be reduced, and the effective integration of other systems. The main research contents are as follows:(1) research and analysis of Longquan Mo bile Corporation em ployee perform ance evaluation of business requirem ents, includi ng performance indicators, plan, contract, application, evaluation, monitoring, analysis of the m ain business. Combined with at horn e and abroad to other sectors of the advanced concept in em ployee performance evaluation, the collation of the Longquan m obile com pany's business perform ance, form ing process of unified, standardized performance evaluation of business, to provide support for the design of the system.(2) according to the dem and analysis resu It, combined with the advantages of sim ilar system design and implementation. The system will be divided into 8 main function modules, covering th e em ployee perform ance evaluati on of each business. The use of dynam ic components and technology, data structure and model can be shared based on hierarchical structure system analysis, design and implementation.(3) according to the req uirements and test case s to te st the performance of the sys tern function, according to the performance requirements at the same time, the research and design of scientific and rational deployment model.According to the above research, this thesis first proposed the general technical principle and technology selection, then in troduces the dem and ana lysis and overall design of the system, and describes the design and im plementation of all the m odules, and then in this paper give the key module of database de sign, the business process description and Realization of business key code. Finally, list the key module test cases and the results.
