After many years of development,the city commercial bank's business scale and types have a significant expansion,while the city commercial bank personnel team also has a substantial increase in quantity and quality.The information construction of human capital will be an important part of the future development of the city commercial bank.Performance appraisal management is the core part of the human capital management.Due to the particularity of the banking industry,the performance of the examination form is complex and changeable,that is,in addition to the design system to meet the current business needs,but also to take into account the expansion of the system after the day.This project comes from the human resources performance evaluation system of the Bank of Suzhou,the system can realize the information management of all aspects of the performance appraisal.In this paper,the commercial bank's performance appraisal information needs to carry out a comprehensive analysis,and its system of technical feasibility was assessed.Because of the performance appraisal system of human resources belong to the part of the system and other modules of human resource management are closely interactive data so the performance appraisal system and human resource system as development platform using UAP uf.In addition,the performance requirements of key users and employees of the system are not the same,so the use of c/s and b/s combination for performance appraisal because of higher requirement for the performance of the system administrator so using c/s mode,and the general staff of the convenience of the system requires high so using b/s.The client proxy uses the Applet technology to support the page,its numerical object VO(ValueObject)through the RMI Java and RPC technology and the application server interaction.Web server using JSB,serverlet,JavaBean technology,through the RMI technology and application server interaction,Web server and browser through the HTTP protocol for communication.The application server,create a business object in the BO session(BuessionObject)and converted into a query object QO(QueryObject)and DMO(DataManageObject)data management object,finally compiled into executable binary code database is transferred to the Oracle database.The content of this paper includes five modules: performance contract management,assessment program management,implementation management assessment,assessment level recognition management,performance communication management.Performance contract management is used to manage the performance of the contract signed by each year,including KPI,KCI,KBI,and the contract person and the person who is affected by the contract and so on.Assessment program management for the development of assessment scale,assessment objects,the relationship between the assessment of people and their.Evaluation of the implementation of management for the implementation of performance appraisal and monitoring the progress of the assessment.The total score and grade of the management for the confirmation and adjustment.Performance communication management for the management of the leadership of the staff assessment of the results of the feedback and employees of the final results of the complaint information.Through the research of this topic,the city commercial banks have achieved all the requirements of the performance appraisal system.Has completed the module testing,integration testing,system testing and business acceptance testing,in line with the expected demand,the system has been on-line input production.
