With the acceleration of globalization and the development of international trade,a large number of goods need to be transported across borders.A single mode of transportation has been difficult to meet the transportation demand.As a high-efficiency,low-cost and lowcarbon mode of transportation,multimodal transport can effectively combine the advantages of various modes of transportation,and has gradually become the main mode of international transportation.In this paper,Witness simulation software is used to establish a multimodal transport network simulation model to dynamically simulate the transportation process,calculate the transportation time,transportation distance,transportation cost,carbon emissions and comprehensive energy consumption index values of different transportation schemes,and construct the G1 method and entropy weight The multi-objective multimodal transport path efficiency evaluation system of the-FAHP combination weighting method,evaluates the efficiency of multimodal transport paths in different transport scenarios,and uses the Wuhan-Hamburg multimodal transport line as an example to verify the accuracy of the model.The research results show that: 1)Multimodal transport road network simulation model based on Witness software can flexibly simulate the dynamic changes of the road network structure,and provide an effective reference for the choice of transportation schemes and road network optimization.2)The energy saving and emission reduction value of the multimodal transportation scheme fluctuates significantly.The time index and transportation cost of multiple transportation schemes in the transportation scheme set are similar,and the energy saving and emission reduction value difference can reach 35%.Increasing the value of energy saving and emission reduction as an indicator of scheme planning is scientific.3)Multi-objective and multi-scenario efficiency evaluation methods effectively improve the transportation efficiency of green multimodal transport routes.Compared with the single transportation scenario planning,the difference in cost can reach 9.7% when the transportation time meets the transportation demand for the advantageous paths in different transportation scenarios;when the economic efficiency indicators meet the transportation demand,the difference in energy conservation and emission reduction can be different.Reached 11.8%.4)The planning of multimodal transport volume and the connection efficiency of different transport modes have a significant impact on the efficiency of transport routes.The transit efficiency of the transit link increased by 30%,the number of advantageous transportation routes increased by 48.5%,Without affecting other indicators,the proportion of highway transport and railway transportation can be effectively increased,the transportation time can be shortened,and the energy saving and emission reduction benefits can be improved,thereby improving the overall Multimodal transport benefits.5)China Railway Express has unique transportation advantages in long-distance transportation.Compared with traditional water transportation,it can save more than 60% of transportation time and reduce carbon emissions by 40%.It is a green multimodal transportation organization method.
