Application Of Genetic Algorithm In Multimodal Transportation

In our country,multimodal transport refers to the transportation process which is composed of two kinds of transportation.By develop multimodal transport,take full advantages of different modes of transport,and seamless convergence of time.The path selection and optimization of multimodal transport should not only consider the total cost and time,but also the connect time in different transport the loss of risk,the quality of transport and the level of service,etc.These indicators in different transport are not same,it can be seen,multimodal transport is a very complex system.This paper focuses on the research of multimodal transport model with time window,leads to the impact of transport shift,build a multimodal optimization model which based on transport shift,and using the genetic algorithm for solving multiple targets by Pareto optimal.The contents of the study are as follows:(1)Analysis on the development study of whole world research status of multimodal transport in C hina,summed up the related literature,the research direction is divided into to the research on operation management and cargo flow planning.The cargo flow planning includes portfolio optimization and transportation path.This paper is about cargo flow planning.In order to find some ideas for China.(2)With minimum cost and the least time and minimum carbon emissions as the goal to establish an multimodal transport model,the model considers the time factor,set up time windows,advance or delay the target nodes should pay the penalty.Then consider the mode of transportation of each node,add selected as constraints.(3)Use the Pareto optimal genetic algorithm,set the model specific operation steps.And will be brought into the data,and gradually solve.Compare with the model only use time window.In order to find the influence start time,modify the start time in model.
