As the continuous implementation of the "The Belt and Road" initiative and the increasing international trade freight volume,multi-modal transport occupies an increasingly important position in the field of integrated transport.The selection of multiple target multi-modal transport routing has become the research focus and difficulty in this field.With the constant development of integrated transportation industry and the continuous improvement of multi-modal transportation system,customers hold increasingly higher requirements against the logistics service quality during the overall process of multi-modal transportation.The paper,first of all,made the research on literature present situation of model and algorithm for multi-modal transport routing optimization,as well as the analysis on research status at home and abroad and the current development trend of multi-modal transport routing optimization,it is found that the current research on multiple target multi-modal transport less considered the influence of logistics service quality on routing selection,besides,never considering the development status of rapid development of China-Europe Train over the past few years and development situation of cities along the transport line;Secondly,the paper,by taking into consideration of the three objectives including the cost,time and logistics service quality comprehensively,established the mixed integer programming model.With regard to the calculation of logistics service quality,most researches were mainly based on the customer's evaluation against service quality,which hold a certain subjectivity.Therefore,in the calculation of logistics service quality,the paper considered the infrastructure construction,economic conditions,transport organization resources and convenience of each urban node,so as to make the model establishment more realistic;Thirdly,the paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm,and designed a genetic-ant colony hybrid algorithm to seek the solution over the established model;In order to meet the customers differentiated demands,different weight functions were set for cost,time and logistics service quality respectively,and carried out the analysis on acquired results.To verify the effectiveness of the algorithm,the operating results were compared with genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm respectively to make the determination on effectiveness of the algorithm.Finally,selecting the actual data of "Xi'an-Berlin to perform the analysis.The results showed that the model and algorithm are feasible,enabling to provide the optimization scheme for multiple target multi-modal transport routing selection.On the basis of the study on the present situation of multi-modal transport,the paper,with the combination of routing selection and actual situation,established a mixed integer programming model with comprehensive consideration in cost,time and logistics service quality.With the assist of Python programming software,the genetic-ant colony hybrid algorithm was designed to make the solution over the established model.Furthermore,example of "Xi'an-Berlin" was adopted to verify the feasibility of model and algorithm both.The results showed that the model and algorithm,put forward by the paper,be able to provide high reference value for the multi-modal transport routing selection,and have important theoretical and practical significance for the development of current logistics.
