With the development of enterprises,improving management efficiency and management ability has become a top priority.At present,the human resource management system adopted by Nanjing Telecom Lishui Demarcation Company operates independently compared with the overall management system of the company,so the decision-making level of the company cannot grasp the staffing situation of the branch at any time.The hr management process of the branch company is not smooth,and the relevant policies of the superior cannot be grasped at any time.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a set of human resource management system for the branch company to assist the daily management of employees and meet the management development needs of the company.According to the needs of the district branch human resource management system,the thesis designs the framework of the management system.The system uses a unified back-end service,and the front end can display pages using a PC-based browser page and an APP on the mobile end.The application of human resource system is divided into functional requirements and non-functional requirements.Functional requirements include heat source file management,salary management,performance management and attendance management.Non-functional row requirements include security requirements,performance requirements,information sharing requirements and maintainability requirements.The back-end of the system completes the service corresponding to the requirements.The front-end display interface completes the tasks of employee information query,modification and addition by calling the back-end service.On the basis of the back-end service implementation,the remote call information is uniformly encapsulated into HTTP protocol format,so that the request from the front-end display interface of different devices can be accepted and recognized by the back-end system,so as to invoke the corresponding service and complete the management task.The corresponding functions can be completed through the front-end browser page based on PC end and the APP display page based on mobile end,realizing the flexible office mode.Through the test and verification,employees of telecommunications companies can log in to the human resource management system,complete the application of inquiring personal information and submitting transaction applications through computers or mobile phones.At the same time,the interface design meets the popular Rest style,providing conditions for access to the large system of the telecommunications company,and achieving the project design goals.
