Airport authorities urgently need to build a sound business office systems to ensure efficient operation of enterprise management. Airport authorities should consider to analyze periodic data, as well as to aspects of real. time decision support. In the context of globalization, the core competitiveness of enterprises lies in the introduction of talent. A sound human resources management system may enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and directly affect the survival and development of enterprises. With the development of information technology, the airport human resources management system has become Simpler and faster. With the growth of enterprises, the degree of importance that enterprises paid on such a system has been further improved.In this article, the full research on background knowledge and development status of the airport human resources management has been Elaborated. In this paper, the airport human resources management system has been re.needs analysis and re.architecture design. It has been programmed ultimately in the Delphi language. The system uses the C/S structure. Its development environment is Delphi7and the database development is SQL Server2000. The business functions related to human resources management system were shown by the information technology in this system. A systematic analysis of the business has conducted in this system. The compatibility and the expansibility of the overall system has better reflected. The platform uses the visualizable development in the Delphi language. Data store uses the SQL Server2000database management system. Platform relies on the permissions to restrict the access. According to this principle the system has designed three roles:Head of Personnel, Personnel operator and manager. To make the control work privileges, a login system has been designed. For different users system assigns a user name and password when logging in for permission to make automatic conversion. In order to guarantee the safety of the user information use the MD5encryption mode. The main function of the platform includes human resource management, payroll management, appointments and dismissals management, employee training management, employee insurance management and attendance management. Eventually through a system test, the correctness and robustness of the platform has been confirmed. It confirms the value of the platform, and achieves the expected goals. The human resource management system in this article has met the basic business needs of the airport human resource management and has the good performance.
