The Design And Implementation Of Human Resource Management System For The Founder Broadband Network Service Company

As human resource management is an important part of enterprise strategic development, exploring the human resource management in information technology solutions, and leveraging human capital value is an inevitable course. Due to the lack of human resource management with information technology to support business,the Founder Broadband Network Service Company(short as Founder Broadband) has suffered from serious loss of human capital in the long-term development of the company. As a result, a formalized human resource management system needs to be established to alleviate the current problems.This paper surveys the existing human resources management system construction solution based on the Founder Broadband human resource management status and construction demand. Guided by the model-driven software engineering,the Founder Broadband human resource management system is analyzed, designed,developed, and implemented on.NET platform. It can help to enhance organizational performance, play the value of human capital, and promote human resource management. This paper includes the following aspects:Firstly, to solve the main problems during human resource management in personnel management, file management, leave management, time management,compensation management, benefits administration and other aspects, we rely on the typical use case diagram model to analyze functional and non-functional requirements.Secondly, with the logical view, functional view and deployment view, we describe the different perspective of system architecture design. Meanwhile, based on the SQL Server 2008 platform, we systematically expound the Founder Broadbandhuman resource management system database-building schemes, and database construction.Thirdly, combining the idea of model-driven development with the class diagram,activity diagram and sequence diagram, the detailed design process of personnel administration module, time management module, and payroll management module are described. The implementation of human resource management system is conducted on.NET platform. According to the analysis of demand on the functional,performance, security, compatibility, the interfaces of the Founder Broadband human resources management system, we carry out the testing.
