The development of human resources is an important factor in the progress of human society. Human resources management is an important foundation for the survival development of enterprises.Human resource management system for Northern Corporation development by Northern Corporation to better carry out the requirements of human resource output. Knowledge of the output of existing human resources employment management system, using the maintenance convenient, reusability, high reliability mature component technology and database technology development function module. After a needs analysis, to determine the functionality of the system consists of the complete system of vertical and horizontal level division. UML view design system of three-tier architecture model, based on the different views of the model, system components to identify and extract the completion of divided entity components and process components in the system. According to the description of component functions, the implementation of the component interface is completed. The system is implemented using C# language, the use of the ASP.NET components corresponding functions in the background to achieve. Functions and default performance of the system after the system implementation black box testing, the function indicators able to meet user needs, system performance through concurrent testing and long-term tests are very stable, indicating that the human resource output system item performance indicators have reached the design requirements.The basic operation of the system to meet the needs of users, to achieve the Northern corporation function demand, improving the human resource management level, improve the efficiency of the office, for the employment of the increased convenience, reduced the employment of executive labor intensity, reduced the office resource consumption. Also with a good interface design specification, improve the image of the corporation administration office.
