The Design Of The Bureau Of Human Resource And Social Security's Online Office Management System In Gaomi Municipality

Today's society is a information society, the application of online office system become the important factor which improves the efficiency of government departments and agencies performance. This system is based on the situation that current government human resource and social security departments have not established a set of perfect office online system,in order to make the department office will be able to keep up with the rapid development of information technology, greatly improving work efficiency, design and implementation of a C/S and B/S pattern combined with the human resource and social security branch office online system. After implementation of system, the users can achieve for information and management information sharing and call as long as they are using human resources and social security network office automation platform.The design and implementation of system, which not only make human resource and social security bureau's work more efficient and automation, transparent, but also save a lot of human, material and financial resources and make the work of their respective departments do rapid, efficient and accurate.In this paper, the author firstly analyzes the development background of the system, summarizes the main problems need to solve of this system, and briefly introduces the main technology used by this system and its contribution In the design of the system, the author strictly according to the mode of unified modeling language UML. Demand analysis of the system adopts the use case diagram and the activity diagram to say the main demand system user, architecture design part adopts the system logic diagram and network diagram system architecture design, detailed expressed by the state to say the system dynamic structure. In the realization part, the system utilizes PowerBuilder 9.0 development environment with SQL Server 2000.The online office system of Human Resources and Social Security Bureau not only complete theroutine information and the basic information of human resource but also complete the processing of relevant information.So the module Settings will contain a variety of different functions. System design module mainly has:the system management module, login module, human resource module, information query module, statistical management module, system maintenance module and database design module, etc. Each module contains a number of different internal modules, used to achieve different functions. This design eliminates the waste of resources and improves the accuracy of the information. And, because the system realized information sharing and function invocation in LAN internal, which simplifies business processes, save time,and improve the office work efficiency. The system meets the needs of the human resource and social security bureau of Gaomi city daily work and its safety, stability and networked extent are met, which upgrade the work of Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to a new level.
