| This system is a new Human Resource management model based on the hardware of advanced software and high-speed, large capacity, through a centralized repository of information, automatic processing of information, employee self-service, external cooperation, as well as shared services, we can reach to the purposes of reducing costs, increasing efficiency, improving employee service model.The system adopted ASP.NET2.0+IIS technology, and the database is SQL Server2005, with the deployment running on windows XP system. The system uses the administrator management, and the system function should include the administrator of the company’s organizational structure, staff, wages, labor contracts, recruitment, compensation and other information management, with the achievement of the relevant data entry, modification, query, delete and other related functions. System Interface is easy to use. In a standardized basis, it should to consider the aesthetics and innovative interface.The thesis is based on needs analysis, designed the sub-system programs, and database programs. Paper proposed the hardware and software conditions of system and made a description of the realization process including the employee wage items, level of information, standards of treatment, deduction, pay check and pay statements. Finally, paper made an overall test and a effectiveness analysis of the system and made a summary of the full text.The system enables the automation of Labor Cost Control management. And it provides an accurate, precise, rapid changing in Labor Cost information for decision-makers.
